Hi, I’m KATE FOX.

I’m a yoga teacher, business owner (The Roar Movement), mum & avid seeker of all things self improvement
I became utterly obsessed by all things health & wellbeing after developing an autoimmune disease at the age of 28.
It prompted me to delve the never-ending research of health & wellbeing & ultimately led me into discovering my passion.
I teach in person & online yoga & mindfulness classes which are steady, paced & spacious. My classes are a mix of all of my influences & passions: including functional mobility, nervous system regulation, Tantra, stress management, pranayama & breathwork, Vinyasa, somatics, meditation & visualisation.
I believe that a life well lived is one which we fully experience to the best of our ability & capacity. Once enriched by living with authenticity, presence, awareness, connection, enjoyment & gratitude.

My VOICE
I see health & wellbeing, being like a rabbit’s warren. Once you follow one path of interest, dozens open up before you, leaving you utterly confused as to which way to go next. It becomes insanely easy to get lost, overwhelmed & more often than not - going back the way you came & ultimately giving up.
time saving
Seeing as I’ve made a job of this, I have the time to research & go into the rabbits den. It’s my obligation to be the guinea pig.. As my yoga teacher always says - take what you know & find a practical way to impart it.
ACTIONABLE
Sure you can listen to the mind numbing voice of Huberman if that’s your thing, but it certainly isn’t mine & if you’re here & still reading, it’s not yours either.
I make this simple, digestible, practical & actionable.
