My yoga is a about finding your own balance, wherever you’re starting from. It’s about developing strong internal awareness, so that you know exactly where that is on any given day. It’s about allowing anything that’s stuck or stagnant to flow. It’s about becoming completely comfortable in your own body. It’s about feeling good naked,

  • A practise of listening & being. Take 10 minutes out of your morning to drop into a place of calm & regulation.

  • Led visualisation, nervous system hacks, slow & mindful movement for people of any ability with influences from Qi Gong & Tantra. Often accompanied by specific pranayama for balance & regulation.

  • A physical yoga practise, which requires knowledge of basic yoga postures such as downward dog & warriors. A spacious & slow class which enables you to slowly build your resilience. Suitable for relative beginners, with an element of yoga practise.

  • Taking it up a notch with the physicality, this class will test your inner strength & work to balance between inner & outer strength. Expect to get a juicy physical practise in, without spiking your stress hormones.

  • Please send me an email with requirements. I have the capacity to take on 2 or 3 people a year for my online service. You will need to have taken part in a couple of my classes as a minimum, either online or in person.
